Let's get it-
Get into your lowest squat. Put your hands on your thighs, right above your knees. Elbows should point out to the sides, so you have the most power from your upper body.
Keeping your legs very still, arch your lower back and bring it in. Repeat this a few times, so you can loosen up your sacrum. This is all about the lower back, booty, and core.
As you pick up speed, keep your butt relaxed. Keep pressing your hands into your thighs and use that motion to contract your core. This is called an isolation.
Pick up the speed and go go go! Once you feel like you have your core totally activated, you can remove your hands and let your booty do the talking. You got this!
