Seriously, you can get your ((305)) FLX on anywhere! Lay down a mat and stretch out those tight muscles, which haven’t gotten some love since the holidays started. There are many great yoga instructors on YouTube, who you can watch. One of our fave yogis is Yoga with Adriene.

Dig through your parents’ old VHS collection and we bet you’ll find a classic home workout videos. Need a serious #TBT workout? Go for the classic Richard Simmons, Suzane Somers, or Billy Blanks workout vids and get to sweatin’ and tonin’! 💦
Dance, Dance, Dance
Movement is universal and their are a ton of great local dance studios where you can still move ya body. Winter blues got you down? Check out some fun dance workouts like BollyX or being offered at gyms across the country!
Run It Out, Girl!
Sometimes you just need to hop off your parents' comfy couch and GTFO of the house. Do it safely with Couch-to-5K, free running app on Android and iOS. A virtual coach will guide you on 30 min run exercises and help cue your moves. You can also log your data and track your progress afterwards. You'll be ready for your next 5K as soon as the new year rolls in!
