DC JUNKIES: GET TO KNOW YOUR NEW 'HOOD

🚨 Sound the alarm, junkies! 🚨 We’re less than 10 days away from the opening of our BRAND NEW DC STUDIO in the Manhattan Laundry Building at 14th St. and Florida Ave.

We’ve already broken down our five fave things about our dope AF studio and now we’re spillin' the tea on our brand new ‘hood. Junkies, we’ve got you covered with the best places for food, dranks, and shopping -- all AH-mazing and all within a five-minute walk of the studio (which, yes, we admit, is only an eight-minute walk from Bodysmith). BONUS: A bunch of these places are women- or minority-owned, which means you can treat yo’self while supporting kicka$$ entrepreneurs.

Want more of the goods before the studio opens on November 17th? Catch our DC studio pre-sale here and enter the membership lottery for unlimited classes (ya, that’s right — you know you wanna!).

When you’re dying after an insane sprint sesh . . .

Get your post-class caffeine fix at La Colombe (1346 Florida Ave.). This not-so-basic coffee shop is literally 👏🏽 right 👏🏽 next 👏🏽 door to our new studio, meaning you can go from zero to SHERO in no time.

When you need a drank after your ((305)) private party . . .

Grab your girls (and guys) and make a beeline for Sakerum (2204 14th St.). This bar has got a amazing cocktail list (trust us, the Wandering Samurai will change your life) and a gorg rooftop that’s open year-round.

When you just need carbohydrates . . .

Sometimes the Sweetgreen around the corner from our new digs just isn't going to cut it (though omg, how exciting is that?!) Instead try Piola (2208 14th St.), the hip pizza joint that offers all the classics -- plus a Nutella and strawberry pie.

When you wanna keep the ((305)) party going . . .

Head to the Colada Shop (1405 T St.) for even more of those irresistable Miami vibes, plus cocktails (yassss). Owners Juan Coronado and Daniella Senior have brought Cuba to DC with pastelitos, cubans, and so much more.

When you’re rockin’ your #305VICE tank in zero degree temps . . .

Hit up Ice Cream Jubilee (1407 T St.) for the most inventive and hands-down DELICIOUS flavors, including cult faves like Thai Iced Tea and Banana Bourbon Caramel. Grab a scoop (or two, we won’t tell 😉) from the kween herself, Victoria Lai.

And because one ice cream shop is never enough, give the Love n' Faith Cafe (2424 14th St.) a try, too. This cute little spot turns out some seriously phenom nitrogen ice cream that has food critics raving. They've got lunch and coffee, too -- a perfect spot to stop on your way to the gorg Meridian Hill Park just up the street.

When you need a last-minute somethin’ for bae’s mom . . .

The Little Leaf (1401 S St.) is sure as hell not your grandma's plant shop. Founder Amanda McClements has got you covered with something for everyone on your list -- and some seriously cute tingz you'll have to have for yourself.

When you’re waiting for the next ((305)) ACTIVE line to drop . . .

Go HAM at Redeem (1810 14th St.), a baller boutique from Lori Parkerson that’s focused on up-and-coming designers. With independent and international lines, they'll always have something fresh AF for your edgy a$$.
