All those dance moves, sprints and jump moves can be rough on your body, especially if you're not stretching properly before and after class. 305 Flow Creative Director Chris SantaMaria gives us the skinny on some of our favorite Cardio dance moves and the corresponding 305 Flow yoga stretches to help you recover.

If you slay high knees in class, chances are your hip flexors low back need some love. The Crescent Lunge is a bad ass stretch for those hip flexors, which can also be felt in the low back.
Avoid the post-sprint pain by getting into triangle. Them legs gonna get a nice stretch in this pose.
If you love 305 CARDIO, you're hamstrings need love. Get down and dirty (with yo booty 🍑 up) with this pose, especially after hitting those jump squats hard.
Them hips gonna get it good in pigeon. The sensation is real in this hard-to-hold pose, but that post-stretch feeling is even more real. 👏 Get 👏 into 👏 it.
Shoulder opening AF. While getting into the hips, add that arm variation to stretch out those shoulders.
